【摘要】 介绍了“以病人为中心的医疗之家”模式的发展、实施过程及特征，进一步对护理人员在此模式中的角色进行探讨；提出护士必须掌握更加宽泛的医学知识和信息技术，并善于沟通、协作，培养领导才能，如此才能推动医疗改革，推动学科发展。
