【摘要】 分享一例产甲胎蛋白的胃类癌患者，并结合文献复习，发现与普通胃癌相比，产甲胎蛋白胃癌（AFPGC）具有其独特的生物学特性，预后较差，甲胎蛋白（AFP）表达水平与肿瘤负荷和治疗效果有一定关系，AFP有可能作为判断肿瘤复发、转移的参考指标之一。
