【摘要】 乳突根治术是治疗慢性中耳炎主要的手术方式，术后乳突术腔的有效填塞，一直是临床颇受关注并为之努力探讨的问题，目前主要材料是耳后筋膜/肌-骨膜瓣及骨粉。本文就耳后筋膜/肌-骨膜瓣及骨粉在乳突填塞术中的应用，做一综述。
