【摘要】 隐私权被侵犯严重挫伤了困难生的自尊心，甚至造成一些困难生为保护个人隐私而放弃了申请资助，甘于忍受贫穷等不良影响。从国家、高校、教师以及家庭经济困难学生等4个层面，采取措施保护困难生的隐私权显得尤为迫切。
