【摘要】 我们对3例头癣患儿的毛发及头皮进行了皮肤镜观察，并与15例斑秃、15例盘状红斑狼疮以及15名正常对照者进行比较。结果发现逗号发和螺旋状发在头癣患儿具有特异性。逗号发和螺旋状发在抗真菌治疗后3周消失，早于查菌结果转阴。
