【摘要】 腰骶部移行椎(LSTV)是较常见的一种发育异常,表现为解剖变异及生物力学的改变,常并发下腰痛、腰椎间盘突出、腰椎椎管狭窄、腰椎滑脱等多种脊柱疾病.LSTV的诊断对临床治疗方案的制订意义重大,早期影像学检查因其仅以形态学变化判断移行椎的类型

【摘要】 目的：探讨腰骶移行椎伴椎间盘突出症的临床特点,以提高临床治愈率。方法对65例经影像学检查确诊为有腰骶移行椎伴椎间盘突出患者行腰椎后路手术治疗,采用单侧开窗29例,双侧开窗10例,椎板减压、扩大神经根管26例(其中15例应用椎弓根螺钉固定)
