【摘要】 对植物染色体倍性的间接、直接鉴定方法进行了综述,并对各种方法的优越性和不足之处进行了评述.指出植物染色体倍性鉴定应因陋就简,多采用早期鉴定和破坏性较小的鉴定方法,同时各种鉴定方法综合运用,对不同植物采用不同的鉴定办法,为育种实践服务.
