【摘要】 肺孢子菌肺炎是免疫力缺陷患者常见的的机会性感染，近年来，随着肺孢子菌肺炎在非艾滋病免疫力低下人群中发病率逐年上升，病死率高。本文就需要进行预防肺孢子菌肺炎的非艾滋病免疫力低下人群、预防方法及预防有效性方面的研究进展作一综述。
