【摘要】 大学生的人际冲突问题是高校心理咨询中的常见案例。人际冲突问题表面是沟通技巧的缺失，其实质是个体自我认知出现偏差后消极投射的结果。本案例从构建求助者积极自我认知着手，解决求助者人际冲突问题，取得了较好的咨询效果。
