【摘要】 设计了一种贝克曼库尔特Lh750血球分析仪网织红细胞分析模块的节能改造方案，并对改造后的仪器进行质控验证和效益分析，结果表明改造后的仪器不仅拥有较高的测量精确性，还为医院带来了一定的经济效益。

【摘要】 输血是一种治疗方法，是临床救治患者的替代性治疗手段，传统输血治疗是指异体输血，但在临床输血治疗中，常出现输血相关不良反应和血液来源匮乏。血液保护是一种“节血”手段，是现代输血的发展趋势，在保障临床输血的安全性和有效性中发挥巨大的推动作用。
