【摘要】 本文针对平房仓散粮入仓作业产生粉尘飞散,造成安全隐患和污染严重的问题,采用局部可密封设计,对卸粮、输送、清理、除尘等环节的移动式设备进行改造.结果表明,散粮入仓粉尘抑制改造设计可有效降低粉尘外溢,抑制粉尘飞扬,改善作业环境.

【摘要】 本研究对现有除尘风网工艺排布进行了优化改造.经试验检测,改造后出仓作业现场粉尘浓度降低70%以上,可有效抑制粮食出仓过程中作业现场的粉尘飞扬现象,解决出仓作业时的粉尘污染问题.
