【摘要】 本文在《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(儿童和青少年版)理论视野下，重新诠释了适应体育在特殊儿童康复教育中的作用与意义，提出适应体育课程的理念和模块，为特殊学校开展适应体育课程教学提供理论参考。
