【摘要】 甲单元特异性肿瘤是一组罕见的仅发生于甲单元的肿瘤，包括甲乳头瘤、甲母质瘤、甲母质细胞瘤、甲母质细胞癌、甲鞘上皮癌等。由于其特殊的解剖位置，该类肿瘤都有着特异性的临床表现和病理学特征。本文重点阐述上述几种肿瘤的临床表现、组织病理特征及治疗等。
