【摘要】 在涎腺肿瘤中，多形性腺瘤是一种较为少见的、恶性程度较高的恶性肿瘤，好发于腮腺、腭部、颌下腺，具有诊断困难、易复发和预后差的临床特点。本文就多形性腺瘤的临床表现、组织病理学特点、诊断、治疗和预后等研究进展作一综述。
