【摘要】 本文研究Pareto分布在逐步Ⅱ型区间删失的情形下参数的估计和性质,给出了参数的极大似然估计及其Newton-Raphson求解算法,并证明了在一定条件下极大似然估计的相合性及渐近正态性.

【摘要】 基于逐步增加II型截尾试验，在单参数情况下，利用极大似然估计方法给出了广义指数分布形状参数和可靠度函数的极大似然估计。同时，在逐步增加II型截尾试验下，证明了极大似然估计的相合性和渐近正态性。
