【摘要】 医疗责任保险在我国尚处于初步探索阶段，呈现出市场规模较小、发展速度缓慢的特点。现行医疗责任险应在险种设计、保障范围、理赔服务、医患纠纷调解机制等方面不断完善，为实施医强险做好技术上的准备。
